From your workflows to the right partner.

Sablecrest is a mediation and intelligence company built around its own system developments. We assess the existing workflows you want to improve and help you choose an implementation partner to build software tailored to your operations.

Our recommendations are grounded in your requirements and the evidence behind each firm’s capabilities.

01 · Operating context

Understand your workflows, constraints, and desired outcomes.

02 · Partner fit

Match requirements to capable firms using evidence and judgment.

03 · Supporting evidence

Ground recommendations in verifiable evidence with clear rationale.

Better operations can build a more valuable company.

Agentic systems and software can support how work moves through your company: processing requests, passing information between teams, tracking progress, and routing decisions for approval. Repeatable tasks can be automated while people retain judgment and accountability.

A successful implementation can help your team handle more work without the same increase in staffing and operating costs. Where systems support revenue-generating work, shorter cycles can bring revenue forward. Capabilities built for one workflow may also support others as the business grows.

Stronger earnings can translate into greater enterprise value. For businesses valued on an earnings multiple, sustained gains net of system operating costs can support a valuation uplift several times the annual earnings improvement. The investment case depends on the durability of those gains, upfront implementation costs, and the multiple the business supports.

The value comes after implementation. The partner decision comes before it.

The software needs to fit how your business operates, including its existing systems, information, and points of human approval.

Those requirements define the work a partner must be able to deliver. Reputation can earn consideration. It does not establish that fit.

A partner decision grounded in your requirements.

  1. Start with your workflows

Walk us through how work gets done: who handles it, which systems are involved, and where it waits or changes hands. We assess that context against your stated objectives and confirm the requirements that guide partner selection.

  2. Assess relevant firms

Identify relevant firms and examine the evidence behind their capabilities. Important claims must be supported by current evidence that applies to your requirements.

  3. Reach a supported conclusion

State where the evidence supports a recommendation and where it does not. We do not force a winner or rank firms beyond the evidence.

Recommendations require human approval. Firms cannot buy a recommendation.

Know who is recommended and why.

Your report connects the recommendation to your confirmed requirements and the evidence supporting it. You can see why a firm is recommended, what remains uncertain, and which conditions matter before appointment.

The final appointment remains your decision.

Before you book a fit call.

When is Sablecrest a fit?

When you intend to improve important workflows with agentic systems, have not appointed an implementation partner, and need evidence to justify the choice. You do not need a finished system specification to start.

Do you build the systems or manage delivery?

No. Sablecrest supports partner selection. The partner you appoint is responsible for software design, implementation, and delivery. Selection does not guarantee implementation or financial results.

One firm, several firms, or no recommendation

A single firm is recommended only when the evidence supports that distinction. Several firms can remain equally supported without a justified ranking, and a recommendation may depend on stated conditions. If the evidence supports none of the assessed firms, the report states no suitable fit. If there is not enough evidence to decide, it states insufficient evidence. These are different outcomes.

Who engages Sablecrest?

The company choosing the implementation partner engages Sablecrest. Any partner fees are standardized and disclosed.

What if your organization is not ready?

Clear workflows, reliable data, and accountable oversight may need to be established first. Readiness gaps identified during requirements review may require conditions on a recommendation or further preparation before proceeding.
